Boris Johnson presents The Dream of Rome, tomorrow night, 8pm, BBC2. Entirely unrelated to Gladiator, but it still makes me wish I had a TV... and a license... and decent reception... and a sofa to watch it from... Ah yes, the marvels of halls.

someone could get a portable for your kitchen and you could split the license between you, no? Then again, mebbe people at cardiff have other things to do than watch neighbours twice a day, rendering the whole venture somewhat redundant :P
Yeah... not sure you can get a license for the kitchen, cos of the split residency thing, but apparently some people's do cover the kitchen...
Can you imagine how little work I'd do if I could watch TV? Jeez... neither can I, it's that infinitesimally small...
