Er... k! I have no idea where that one came from. Horse porn is a well-known phenomenon, but badgers?! I'm sure that must be banned under the hunting bill...

Went to the gym this evening to fire an opening salvo at the christmas belly. I saw Rowing James with 3 other seniors and he looked remarkably guilty... someone didn't stick to their own fitness advice, methinks. I did 5 minutes warm-up on the rowing machine, stretched, full half hour, went on the running machine for 10 minutes, did some core strength then 10 minutes rowing as a kind of warm down. Wasn't as bad as I expected, although I was a fair way off decent speed.
