Not all those who wander are lost

Quote of the moment:
'What do you fear my lady?'
'A cage. To stay behind bars until use and old age accept them and all chance of valour has gone beyond recall or desire.'

Things to do this summer, part XIV: read LOTR again, then follow it up with the Silmarillion.

Shit. I should really go to sleep. I read that as, "WHO else is on your things to do this summer list." Had to re-read it. Twice.

Lol...

It's not a Prill "To Do" list, as Tracy Emin would embroider on a tent... now that was deluded... not that deluded is a bad thing :)

LOL.

good choice! Silmarillion is amazing, once you get past the history book format, the breadth, depth and imagination of the individual stories are incredible.

aw great quote :) you've made me want to watch it again, which I will, once the giant squid in the corner stops attacking my tablecloth.
