Bleed With Me, Part Deux
Quote of the moment:
You have bled with Wallace, now bleed with me.
I've said it before, but just in case you weren't aware that's the best line in the whole film, beating any of Wallace's speeches. Watched it yet again on Sunday night. Big up the S4C.

I was going to watch it on Sunday night, but I did revision instead. How sad am I? How was your exam dear?
Mmmmm. Could have passed, but being realistic I doubt it. At least it was the hardest one.
Yeah that was great that they showed that. :') And X-Men in the same weekend. Teh awesome. God that end shot is awesome. *heart flutters*
Just re-read that old post you linked. Why that line in particular? I mean it's amazing, but so are the Wallace speeches... then again, my favourite line is neither, 'tis "They fought like warrior poets; they fought like Scotsmen, and won their freedom." GOD THAT'S INCREDIBLE. I mean, warrior poets. Wow. With the charge and... yeah. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D :'D BESTFILMEVER.
"outlawed tunes on outlawed pipes" always makes me slightly teary too, 'cause the music's so beautiful.
It's because of the sheer starkness of it. he doesn't talk of freedom, there's no imagery, no persuasion. It's just a brutally honest request, but said in a way that it's like he's asking forgiveness of them at the same time, and of Wallace, for not fighting before.
Actually. Admittedly, I watched X-Men and missed out on Braveheart. Oh what a sin:P
Just now? Seriously?
OMG.
To paraphrase Braveheart:
"You're a retard"
"Well, I've come to the right place then!"
